 
        Your role Corpay is currently looking to hire a business development manager within our PayByPhone division. This position is located in Hatfield our office, 5 days per week. 2 days in office and 3 remote. What You'll Be Doing About the role and what you’ll be doing: To grow PayByPhone’s corporate presence in the UK, driving the PayByPhone Business product vertical business, and increasing revenue by generating new sales leads, while working within existing client relationships. Take shared ownership of the PBP Business product in the UK. Proactively generate & manage new business leads within the UK region, carrying your own sales target. Action any leads in a timely manner, ensuring CRM system is kept up-to-date. Where appropriate, negotiate the terms of an agreement and close all sales profitably. Work in line with sales processes and procedures. With the support of the UK Commercial Director, develop sales strategies, profit forecasts and define channel plans for the product, to ensure profitable delivery and business growth. Gather market/client information and feedback to the Managing Director, including forecasting a pipeline of future demands and opportunities. Keep up-to-date with product/market developments and competitors. Build and maintain effective business relationships with executive decision makers in key accounts. Provide timely, accurate, relevant and articulate sales reports, as required. Support the development of sales presentations and proposals. Work closely with other areas of the internal business. Skills And Experience We’d Like You To Have Min. 3 years B2B sales experience or equivalent. Prior experience with leading a sales/ business development team. Proven track record of growing a client base, building and executing commercial deals, exceeding KPI’s, and achieving company goals. Track record of consistently achieving of personal goals and targets. Experience in the mobile payments industry will be highly regarded. Entrepreneurial spirit with a get-it-done attitude. Able to combine business, technology, finance, and legal concepts within complex, multi-faceted deals. Experienced negotiator and able to influence both internal and external stakeholders. Able to build strong relationships with prospective and existing clients and partners. Commercially astute and customer focused. Self-motivated, tenacious and competitive. High level of self-awareness coupled with emotional intelligence. Parking industry experience would be an asset but not required. Experience with enterprise level CRM systems. PBP Corpay
