Many of you will have successfully found your first job as a graduate but if you are still looking for the perfect opportunity, working at Winston trains you to play a crucial role in the day-to-day life of the school within the classroom and to gain exposure to the school environment, whilst making a real difference to the lives of young people.

No previous experience is required, however, previous experience working with children would be advantageous. The Winston Churchill School is made up of many enthusiastic, innovative and very knowledgeable teachers who will be able to provide guidance and support to anyone considering a career in education.
You would be working within the English Department, in a dedicated space, tutoring groups of 4 or 5 students, as directed by the teacher.
This position requires a candidates to have a degree in English and is good preparation for a career in teaching or other professions, where the skills of leadership and communication are valued.
