Were growing our Healthcare Division and are seeking a 360 Recruitment Consultant to manage a warm desk. Youll handle the full recruitment lifecycle, from client management to candidate sourcing and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and grow a healthcare recruitment desk
Place healthcare professionals into temp & perm roles
Build strong client and candidate relationships
Ensure full compliance and safeguarding standards
Meet activity and billing targets
Requirements:
360 recruitment experience (healthcare/temp preferred)
Strong healthcare compliance knowledge
Target-driven, organised, and confident communicator
