Your new role
As the new Associate, you'll be supporting the Associate Director in the department and supporting the team of Surveyors. This will be specifically working in the Valuation and Estates Management. You'll be working together with all clients and in relation to their plans, implementing and monitoring strategies as well as supporting them in the Valation and Estates Management initiatives. As the Associate, you will also be providing proactive and responsive advice to clients about their property issues. You'll be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and fee earning.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful for this role you'll need to be:
-MRICs
-A degree in a relevant subject
-Extensive experience in a similar or same role
-People management experience
-Adept in the use of Microsoft Office
-Familiar with relevant health and safety legislation
What you'll get in return
The salary is up to £59,000, DOE.
This is a very flexible role, with the opportunity to condense it into 4 working days and a hybrid working environment.
