We are looking for a new Internal Sales Representative to join our team. The role involves processing purchase order, quotes and sales orders. Ensuring sales and purchase orders are on time in full. Chasing quotes, answering incoming calls and being proactive with sales leads. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Effectively profile target accounts and build relationships with business decision makers at targeted customers. Communicate with cross-functional groups and builds strategic relationships with customers. Work with the Business Development team in coordinating sales activities. Respond to requests for information/quotes/proposals. Ensures customer satisfaction and broadening of offerings. Keeps abreast of engineering related trends capturing best practices and advice. Provides market feedback and customer requirements to operations and services teams in order to enrich their offerings. Any other responsibilities as required Comply with company health safety policies and procedures and, as applicable, ensure safe use and maintenance of all equipment and fully utilise all safety items within the legal and H&S requirements KNOWLEDGE / SKILLS / EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: Excellent organisational, communication, prospecting skills, self-motivation, and professionalism. Strong skills in developing new relationships with customers and the ability to recommend solutions to solve customer business challenges. Ability to communicate and negotiate effectively with businesses and teams at all levels at client’s organisation. Strong organisational and planning skills with the ability to multitask and take initiatives. Strong skills in the ability to chase quotes, use OGL operating system (Please Note – This is essential to the role and training is given). Ability to work both independently and as a member of a team. Good IT skills.
