* ?? Providing tailored 1:1 and group support to students
* ???�? Collaborating with teachers to enhance learning outcomes
* ?? Monitoring and reporting on student progress
* �? Creating a positive, inclusive classroom environment
* ?? Supporting the development of EHCPs
? What We're Looking For:
* ?? Experience as a Learning Support Assistant or similar role
* �? Experience working in a healthcare/care worker environment
* ?? Understanding of learning disabilities and support strategies
* ??? Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* ?? Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for education
* �? Relevant qualifications (bonus, but not essential!)
