Early years practitioner
* Experience working with children in a nursery or childcare setting is essential.
* A qualification (Level 3/Level 2) in Early Childhood Education or a related field is required.
* Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with children and families.
* Demonstrated ability to lead a team and manage daily operations within a nursery environment.
* A genuine passion for working with young children and understanding their developmental needs.
* Ability to drive initiatives that enhance the quality of care provided within the nursery setting.
* Knowledge of best practices in childcare and early years education is an advantage
Early years Room Leader
* Level 3 + qualification in Early Years +(full and relevant),
* Minimum 1 years’ experience in an early years setting
* Strong knowledge of EYFS and safeguarding
* Excellent communication and leadership skills
* Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain)
* Full-time & Part-time (all year round)
