This is a varied hybrid role that combines front-of-house reception duties with vital administrative support to our Underwriting and Operations teams. Working two days a week in the office, you’ll be the first point of contact for visitors and contractors, helping us create a welcoming and professional environment while ensuring the smooth running of our daily office operations. When you're not managing reception, you'll play a key part in supporting our internal teams with a wide range of administrative tasks. These may include processing No Claims Discount requests, logging surveys, and handling documentation within our internal systems such as Policy Centre and iFaces. You’ll work closely with colleagues across Underwriting, Loss Control, Commercial, and Claims, helping to keep things running efficiently behind the scenes.
