You’ll step into a developed client bank, with the scale and support tailored to your experience and capability. Whether you’re an experienced adviser or still developing your advisory career, we’ll match you with a portfolio and compensation structure that sets you up for long-term success.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide holistic face-to-face financial advice across investments, pensions, protection, and estate planning
* Take ownership of an existing book of clients, delivering ongoing reviews and advice
* Maintain the highest standards of compliance and client care
* Meet clients in-office and at locations across Devon as needed
* Collaborate closely with internal paraplanning and admin teams to ensure a seamless client experience
What We’re Looking For:
* Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning (or equivalent)
* Proven experience in a client-facing financial advice role
* Excellent communication skills and a genuine passion for helping clients achieve their goals
* Professionalism, integrity, and a relationship-led approach to advice
