Summit Learning Trust Mission Statement Success through Endeavour Ambition through Challenge Strength through Diversity About this Role We are looking for a caring, reliable, and proactive Lunchtime Supervisor to join our friendly team at Cockshut Hill School. You will help create a safe, positive, and happy environment for pupils during the lunchtime break, both in the dining areas and outside in the playground. The hours are 10 per week from 12pm – 2pm, Monday – Friday and term time only. The working hours may need to be adjusted by the Principal and will be based on the school’s needs. Key Responsibilities Supervising learners in the dining hall, playground, and other areas during lunchtime. Encouraging positive behaviour and ensuring learners follow the school rules. Supporting young people to play safely, resolve minor disputes, and develop social skills. Assisting younger pupils with eating and clearing away meals. Ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming lunchtime environment.
