* Strong communicator with technical, non-technical, and executive stakeholders
* Bachelor’s degree (minimum 2:1)
* ISO27001 Lead Auditor (or equivalent experience)
* Experience with Cyber Security Essentials
* One or more: CISM / CISSP / CISA
* GDPR Practitioner (or similar)
* Excellent ICT skills, including Microsoft 365
* (Desirable) Master’s degree
* (Desirable) ISO27001 implementation or audit experience
* (Desirable) ITIL v4 Foundation or higher
* (Desirable) CRISC certification
Responsibilities:
* Own and oversee security policies, procedures, and awareness across the business
* Ensure ongoing compliance with ISO27001, Cyber Security Essentials, GDPR, and related standards
* Lead risk identification, assessment, and treatment in line with the business risk framework
* Support internal audits and provide expert governance advice
* Communicate security decisions and risks to IT and senior leadership
* Lead internal and third-party cybersecurity resources
* Assess and continuously improve the organisation’s security posture
* Oversee InfoSec incident reporting and resolution tracking
* Support Change Management, including change requests, release scheduling, and production coordination
* Help define SLAs and report on performance metrics
