Job Description:
Via East Midlands is currently seeking three Senior Project Managers with previous pre-construction experience, preferably with NEC4 experience! To join our Project Delivery team based at Trent Bridge House Office in West Bridgford, Nottingham.

What you'll do:
* Lead pre-construction project management, including time, cost, and quality control, meeting client and stakeholder requirements.
* Manage specialist project management in pre-construction activities of engineering projects.
* Ensure compliance with legislation and policies, and act as an expert witness when needed.
* Monitor staff performance, coach, and mentor team members to develop their technical expertise.
* Coordinate across the business for pre-construction projects, maintaining workflow and resource planning.
* Ensure team compliance with standards, policies, and statutory responsibilities.
What we're seeking:
* A degree and experience in Project Management, Civil Engineering, or related fields, with post-qualification experience in highway or civil engineering.
* Leadership skills, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
* Strong ICT skills, including Microsoft Office, project management software, and data management.
* Knowledge of land acquisition, statutory procedures, contract management, and funding bids.
* High personal motivation and commitment to project delivery.
* A Full UK Drivers Licence.
