Private Client Solicitor

A growing law firm is seeking an experienced Private Client Solicitor (6+ PQE) to join their expanding team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in a department with strong momentum, offering autonomy, vision, and opportunities for career growth.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead on a diverse portfolio of private client matters, including:
o Complex wills and estate planning
o Trust creation and administration
o Probate and estate administration (including taxable estates)
o Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs)
o Asset protection and succession planning for business owners and high-net-worth clients
* Contribute to the strategic development of the department and work towards leading the team.
* Provide high-quality advice and maintain excellent client relationships.
Skills & Experience
* Minimum 6 years’ PQE in Private Client work.
* Strong technical knowledge of Wills, Probate, LPAs, and Trusts.
* STEP qualification preferred.
* Excellent drafting and communication skills.
* Confident in providing client care and building rapport with high-net-worth clients and professionals.
* Commercially minded and proactive in problem-solving.
