The Role: The successful candidate will take full responsibility for the day-to-day management and commercial performance of the branch, leading from the front to drive sales, develop customer relationships, and maintain high operational standards. This is a hands-on management role where sales leadership and customer engagement are essential. You will be expected to identify opportunities to grow revenue, increase margin, and strengthen existing account relationships while motivating and developing the branch team.
