Prospero Teaching are seeking Learning support assistants to join a school in Bourne end who are eager to purse a career in education

THE LEARNING SUPPORT ASSISTANT WILL
It is important for the school that they meet a Learning support assistant with a passion for education, someone supportive, someone who wants to inspire, challenge and motivate students to achieve beyond their expected potential.
These vacancies are designed for someone who can utilise their own initiative and use this as a real chance to develop their own teaching style before their PGCE potentially.
THE IDEAL LEARNING SUPPORT ASSISTANT WILL:
The Learning support assistant will be working closely with the SENDco and actively support students throughout their academic year.
GENERAL INFORAMTION ABOUT THE TEACHING ASSISTANT ROLE:
4. Start date: ASAP
5. Duration: 1 academic year
6. End date: tbc
7. Contract Type: contract via agency
8. Full time/ Part time: full time ideally
9. Minimum rate of pay: £11 -£13 Per hour
10. Hours: 8am – 3:30pm Full day
EXPERIENCE, TRAINING AND QUALIFICATIONS
11. Maths must have minimum 2:2 Degree
12. No previous experience in education required
13. GCSE
14. A Levels

15. Hold Right to Work in the UK
16. Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application
