An exciting opportunity has arisen with a growing manufacturing business in the North West. They are seeking a reliable and proactive Sales Administrator to support their commercial function and ensure the smooth running of sales operations. Reporting into the Sales Office Manager, the successful candidate will play a key role in order processing, customer communication and sales support. This is a varied position with responsibility across sales, operations and accounts. Responsibilities Process customer quotes, orders and invoices accurately Maintain and update CRM and sales pipeline reports Communicate with customers on order progress, lead times and queries Support the sales team with proposals, tenders and documentation Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports for management Liaise with operations and accounts to ensure seamless delivery Provide general administration and support to the wider team Skills & Experience Previous experience in sales administration, order processing or customer service Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail Confident communication skills, written and verbal Proficiency with MS Office and CRM/ERP systems Ability to manage multiple priorities and work to deadlines Proactive, adaptable and a team player What’s on Offer Salary up to £30,000 (dependent on experience) Hybrid working – 2 days from home Bonus scheme Pension scheme (after qualifying period) Career development in a growing, supportive business This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Sales Administrator who enjoys variety and wants to be part of a business that’s expanding and investing in its people.
