About the Role: As an SEMH Teaching Assistant, you will provide support to students who require additional emotional and behavioural guidance in the classroom. Responsibilities: • Support students with SEMH needs during lessons and school activities. • Assist teachers in implementing personalised learning strategies. • Encourage positive behaviour and engagement in learning. • Build strong and supportive relationships with students. • Monitor progress and report updates to teaching staff.
