DUTY MANAGER - BREWDOG, WATERLOO STATION
Pay Rate: £14.25 per hour, Full Time(30-40hrs)roles available.

Shift times between 8 am and 11:30. Working flexibly across weekdays, weekends, bank and public holidays.

ABOUT YOU
* Hospitality moves fast - and so do you! If you thrive on action, love leading people, and want to make an impact every day, our Duty Manager role’s got your name on it.
* Due to some responsibilities within the Duty Managerrole, applicants will need to be 18 years of age or over to perform certain tasks or work on certain shifts.
* Previous experience leading a team in a busy bar or hospitality environment is desirable for this role, but not essential. We are happy to train you. Personality is what counts!

* Take ownership of opening, closing, and daily operations while solving problems on the go.
* Lead your team through busy shifts, keeping the energy high and the atmosphere positive.
* Inspire your team to deliver great customer service, be the go-to person for customer and team queries.
* Results focussed, staying informed about unit performance and championing improvements.
* Work alongside the team during busy shifts, leading by example and taking a hands-on approach.
* Support with day-to-day tasks across the unit to keep service running smoothly and efficiently.
* Help your team stay organised, motivated and focused throughout the shift.
