About the Role - PMO Support Office
As a PMO Support Office specialist, you'll establish and maintain robust change control processes and governance frameworks.
You'll receive, log, and track change requests, coordinating with stakeholders to ensure all changes are properly reviewed and approved.
The role involves facilitating change control board meetings, preparing data for decision-making, and communicating updates to management and project teams.
You'll also support wider PMO responsibilities, ensuring documentation accuracy, compliance, and consistent reporting across programmes.
What We're Looking For - PMO Support Office
Proven experience managing change control and information management processes within large or secure programmes.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess the impact of change on scope, cost, and schedule.
Excellent communication, organisation, and documentation management skills.
Proficient in Excel and SharePoint, with the ability to handle data and reporting efficiently.
Adaptable, proactive, and capable of working under pressure in evolving environments.
Must hold active DV clearance for work on secure government accounts.
