Key Responsibilities

Prepare and manage accurate cost plans, valuations, and final accounts for drylining and façade packages
Procure subcontractors and negotiate contracts with a focus on fit out trades
Monitor project budgets, variations, and cost reporting throughout the lifecycle
Conduct site visits to assess progress and ensure commercial compliance
Collaborate closely with project managers, site teams, and clients to ensure smooth delivery
Identify and manage commercial risks and opportunities

What We're Looking For

?? Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in fit out projects, particularly drylining and façades
?? Strong knowledge of SMM7/NRM and JCT contracts
?? Excellent negotiation and communication skills
