You will also be covering Manchester, Liverpool, Kendal, Lancaster, along with our Scottish region, including Edinburgh and Aberdeen.

To be successful in this role, you will need:
* To be CIPD Level 5 qualified.
* To have Experience of being in a generalist HR role.
* To have Employee Relation experience required.
In this role, you will work closely with managers to provide generalist HR support across the full employee experience, including working with our trainees on their development pathways. You'll also work closely with the Regional HR Manager to implement the people plan for the region and the firm's HR strategy.

You will be working as a part of a large and experienced team, so lots of opportunity to learn, expand your knowledge and work on new and exciting things!
The role involves supporting our audit and advisory teams with a range of predominantly audit and assurance focused queries.
