Main duties of the job
In this role you'll be proof‑reading and editing clinical letters and reports, ensuring accuracy and clarity in patient communications. You'll carry out a variety of administrative tasks to keep things organised and efficient. You'll be part of a team that works behind the scenes to support clinicians and improve patient experience. You will have lots of patient contact on the telephone and must be able to deal sympathetically with patients and relatives. You should have the ability to work unsupervised and under pressure.
