Our client's homes accommodate young people with autism, who can have a range of additional needs and previous experiences. Our vision is to create the best possible outcome for the young people in our care. This is all made possible because our service is holistic, and therapeutic and caters for our young people's developmental needs. Our home and therapeutic team help to holistically support our young people by weaving together all aspects of SEND provision.

Residential Support Worker role:
At the homes, our dedicated team takes care of our young people daily, ensuring their well-being, happiness, and growth. We believe in creating a care facility and a home where lasting memories are made. Our staff are involved in starting the morning by ensuring that our young people are up and ready for the day ahead. You will take care of all the necessary paperwork, so you can focus on what truly matters - our children's well-being. From evenings to weekends, our goal is to create a sense of joy and fun. Whether it's playing on the Xbox, a spirited game of football, a cosy film day, or the thrill of go-karting, we ensure that each moment is filled with laughter and adventure. As a Youth Worker, the work you do truly matters. You will have the chance to make a life-changing difference in the lives of young people, and so will receive:
Annual Salary: Base salary of £26,000 (40 Hours per week) to £33,969 (48 Hours per week) when permanent. For the temp to perm (12 working weeks), this equates to £100 per day (8-hour day).
500 welcome bonus (After completing the 6-month probation)
£500 loyalty bonus (After completing 12-months service)
£80 per sleep bonus.
