South West London – Up to £32,000 + 30 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays
We’re supporting a leading fire alarm company in South West London who are looking for a Scheduler / Planner to join their growing team. Previous experience in fire and security scheduling would be ideal, but it’s not essential—the right attitude, organisation, and communication skills matter most.
The Role
As the Scheduler / Planner, you will be responsible for:
* Planning and managing engineers’ diaries
* Prioritising jobs based on urgency and SLA requirements
* Coordinating with clients, engineers, and internal teams
* Ensuring smooth day‑to‑day workflow across service and maintenance tasks
What We’re Looking For
* Experience in scheduling, coordination, or planning (any industry)
* Fire & security background is beneficial but not required
* Strong organisational skills and ability to multitask
* Confident communicator with a proactive approach
