The Role - IT Support Technician As an IT Support Technician, you will provide both hardware and software support in dynamic business environments. You must be comfortable delivering high-quality technical support both face-to-face and remotely. Key Responsibilities Provide 1st and 2nd line support to end users Diagnose and resolve hardware issues (desktops, laptops, printers, peripherals) Troubleshoot software and operating system issues, particularly Microsoft Windows Manage user accounts and permissions via Active Directory Log and manage tickets using ITSM tools such as ServiceNow Utilise diagnostic tools to identify and resolve technical faults Configure, deploy, and support end-user devices Deliver excellent customer service in both onsite and remote support settings Essential Experience Proven experience working as an IT Support Technician Strong hardware and software troubleshooting skills Experience supporting Windows environments Hands-on experience with Active Directory Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems Experience using diagnostic and remote support tools Strong communication skills and a proactive approach Why Consider Contracting?
