Housing Officer – Glasgow
Part Time, Thursdays and Fridays (14 hours per week) – Salary £42,707 - £46,895 FTE per annum – Permanent Position (EVH Grade 7).
We’re looking for a Housing Officer to join our team on a job share basis, working Thursdays and Fridays. In this role you will be responsible for:
* Maximising income and managing rent accounts
* Supporting tenancy sustainment and community wellbeing
* Effectively managing Anti‐Social Behaviour cases
We’re looking for candidates who bring:
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* A solid understanding of housing policy and regulatory frameworks
* Proficiency in ICT systems
* A commitment to service excellence and continuous improvement
