The Role: Partner with Tesco, Booker, and One Stop to deliver data-led recommendations that drive distribution, share of shelf, and range optimisation. Support range reviews, influence NPD plans, and create compelling sell-in stories for innovation and range extensions. Collaborate cross-functionally with Trade Marketing, Sales, and insight agencies to shape in-store execution and category strategy. Build strong, insight-driven relationships with customer teams and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and business growth. About You: Proven experience in Category Management within FMCG, ideally food. Exposure to working across Tesco is essential.
