We are now looking for an Operations Manager who can help build, manage and scale our operations while protecting service quality and margins. Your Responsibilities As Operations Manager, you will lead the operational engine of the business, ensuring services are delivered efficiently, consistently and to luxury standards. Your responsibilities will include: Leading operational delivery across all services and locations Hiring, training and managing operational teams Creating, implementing and maintaining SOPs and operational systems Ensuring flawless service execution aligned with luxury hospitality standards Monitoring operational performance and protecting margins Improving processes, systems and operational workflows Supporting business growth through scalable operations Working closely with leadership to deliver operational strategy Skills, Experience & Abilities Required This role is ideal if you thrive in structured, service-driven environments and enjoy building operational excellence.
