Our client is one of the UK's leading engineering companies, which operates nationally. Due to growth, they are keen to on board an experienced Administrator to work within the service team. About your new role: Acting as the point of contact between engineers and clients, the Customer Service Administrator will be responsible for coordinating and booking engineer site visits and updating clients on any issues and/or works. Reporting to the team leader, you will: Book in engineers for planned maintenance and weekly visits to sites, managing their schedules Liaise regularly with clients to keep them up to date on any issues, planned works, or call outs Update spreadsheets and prepare daily lift update reports for your designated area Support the wider team with any additional ad-hoc dutiesAbout you: This role is perfect for you if you're a strong Administrator, with excellent customer service, communication, and organisational skills.
