How would you like to be paid for five days but only work four*?
Our colleagues’ wellbeing is at the heart of everything we do at OFG, so we’re always looking for new ways to improve everyone’s work/life balance. We’re taking part in a trial of the 4-Day Working Week, meaning that you could be working one day less a week (or equivalent) following probation.
If the trial is a success, we’ll be rolling the 4DWW out across the Group – so there’s never been a more exciting time to join #teamOFG!

The role involves delivering bespoke assessments and intervention plans for pupils with complex needs related to autism, neurodivergence, developmental trauma, and SEMH. You will also coordinate line management for the clinical team and contribute to staff training and consultation.
This position requires a resilient, enthusiastic individual with a therapeutic approach, decision-making skills, and the ability to manage workload and supervise others. You will support the integration of clinical services within the school, providing assessments, advice, and direct interventions aligned with pupils' EHCPs.
Our Clinical Team aims to support a nurturing environment where pupils can thrive, maintaining a strong safeguarding culture. We seek a Clinical Lead who shares our vision of empowering vulnerable individuals to build bright futures.
