We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic professional to join our busy Marketing and Communications Team as a Marketing Administration Assistant.
Creative Support is a busy and dynamic national charity with a track record in providing high-quality, person-centred support services in over 70 Local Authorities. This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience working for a national not-for-profit social care provider in a busy office environment.
You will work as part of our Marketing team to deliver our campaigns, including research, sourcing and practical coordination. This role is a key point of contact for the team and ensures excellent customer service for our internal and external customers.
This role will suit someone with excellent skills in customer service and communication, with experience of using Microsoft Office programmes. You should be able to work in a fast-paced office environment and be able to prioritise workload confidently, picking up tasks, processes and systems quickly. A good standard of verbal and written communication is required in this role, as well as an interest in working in the not-for-profit health and social care sector. Continuous professional development will be provided, but you must be able to work independently, willing to work flexibly, and be motivated to the goals and changing needs of the organisation.
