Mechanical Manager PAYE/LTD/CIS Mechanical Manager needed within the Southwest London area My client is looking for an experienced Mechanical Manager with a strong background in commercial installation and maintenance for the refurbishment and upgrade of a prison located in Southwest London area. Duties: •Lead and manage the full delivery of complex mechanical installations and refurbishment works including ducting, pipework and plant systems within a prison environment. •Develop, monitor and maintain weekly and monthly progress reports, track project milestones and oversee the overall programme to ensure timely completion. •Ensure technical excellence on site by providing guidance to mechanical operatives, troubleshooting issues and implementing effective solutions. •Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants and subcontractors, demonstrating confidence in a client-facing capacity. •Maintain strict compliance with all on-site Health and Safety regulations and industry standards.
