Job Title: Campaign Project Manager
Our client is a leading experiential events & brand activation agency that manages in-store and out-of-store events and demonstrations for major FMCG and retail brands.
They are seeking an experienced Campaign Project Manager to join their Campaign Management Team in Maidenhead. The role involves managing a portfolio of clients and delivering revenue across marketing campaigns on multiple channels. Responsibilities include project managing campaigns through creation, planning, budgeting, implementation, and evaluation, along with post-campaign reporting and analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage multi-dimensional campaigns with creativity and precision.
2. Build strong relationships with stakeholders and clients, ensuring flawless execution and satisfaction.
3. Analyze campaign results and recommend improvements for future campaigns.
Creative Responsibilities:
1. Engage in the creative process by developing and delivering comprehensive briefs and collaborating with creative teams.
2. Guide clients through their creative journey, shaping innovative campaigns.
Financial Responsibilities:
1. Manage margins, understand cost impacts, and identify upselling opportunities.
2. Discuss budget considerations and next steps with clients.
Requirements:
* A degree or equivalent in a relevant field, or project management experience.
* Background in Project Management or related roles such as Account or Campaign Manager, preferably in an agency setting.
* Experience in campaign reporting, financial management, and IT literacy.
* A proactive, passionate, and creative self-starter.
* UK driving license and ability to travel to client sites.
* Flexibility to work some weekends and outside usual hours.
* Hybrid working: 3 days in-office, 2 days remote.
