Responsibilities
* Support children's learning and development through purposeful play, exploration, and adult-led activities.
* Encourage social skills, independence, and confidence in young learners.
* Help establish clear routines that create a calm and supportive environment.
* Plan and deliver activities that promote the EYFS curriculum, in collaboration with the nursery lead.
* Observe, record, and contribute to the assessment of children's progress.
* Support children with additional needs where required.
Qualifications & Skills
* A Level 3 qualification in Early Years or Childcare (essential).
* Experience of working in an early years setting, particularly with 3-5 year olds.
* A genuine love for working with young children and supporting their development.
* A caring, patient, and enthusiastic approach, with a good sense of humour.
* A clear understanding of the EYFS framework and child development.
* Strong communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team.
