Overview
We’re looking for a Store Manager to lead the day‑to‑day operations and set the tone for the customer experience. You’ll be the face of the store, ensuring the business thrives commercially while maintaining the personal touch that makes us unique.
You’ll have a strong sense of style and an eye for what’s current, helping customers choose pieces that suit them and ensuring the store looks sharp, inspiring, and on‑trend.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the store team to deliver exceptional customer service every time.
* Be the visible face of the store, welcoming customers, building relationships, and ensuring every visit feels personal.
* Share product knowledge with confidence, offering customers advice and guidance to enhance their shopping experience.
* Keep store standards high, from stock management to displays that are both stylish and inviting.
* Oversee daily operations, including rotas, cash handling, and compliance.
* Drive sales and performance while always putting service and standards first.
* Work closely with the business owners to shape the store’s future direction.
* Act as a local ambassador for the business, building loyalty and connections within the community.
