Introduction
Acorn by Synergie is recruiting for a Production Operative to join a well-established site based at The Docks in Sharpness, near Berkeley. This role would suit someone with previous experience in groundwork or a physically demanding, hands-on environment.
Key Duties
* Operating machinery safely and efficiently.
* Heavy lifting and manual handling duties.
* Loading machinery with packaging materials.
* Palletising finished goods.
* General housekeeping to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
Requirements
* Previous experience in groundwork or a similar physical role is advantageous.
* Ability to work well under pressure.
* Willingness to carry out hands-on, manual tasks.
* Strong teamwork and communication skills.
* Reliable, safety-conscious, and hardworking approach.
