About the Role
We're looking for a Graduate Project Manager to work across a variety of sectors such as education, health care, sports facilities, residential and transport for both public and private sector clients.
The role is dynamic and involves working from the initial concept through to construction and operation, acting as the main interface between clients, design team, consultants, contractors and other stakeholders.
Job Responsibilities
To be effective you must have strong communication skills, the ability to build relationships, plan and manage time, and be highly motivated and committed to delivering excellent service to our clients.
Day to day duties include:
* Regular liaison with all relevant parties
* Procurement
* Contact administration
* Data management
* Coordinating the project team
* Planning key tasks
* Reporting on progress and cost
* Site visits and meetings

Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree (min 2:1 or equivalent) in Project Management, Construction Project Management, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering.
* A Master’s degree in project management or construction management and relevant work experience is an advantage.
* RICS accreditation preferred.
* Effective decision making and strong verbal and written communication.
* Proactive and driven approach to work.
* Ability to work in a diverse team.
* Commitment to meeting deadlines set by clients and managers.
* Good organisational skills, ability to manage multiple tasks and ask for help when needed.
