We are seeking a dedicated Early Years Teaching Assistant to join a vibrant school in Cradley Heath. This full-time, temporary position is available immediately and will continue until July. The ideal candidate will have prior experience supporting young children within nursery or primary school environments and possess a current, clear DBS check. Familiarity with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework would be highly advantageous. The ideal candidate must have the following experience: Support students that need guidance in reaching learning targets. Can deliver basic phonics. Strong understanding of the national curriculum. Good grammar and spoken English. Provide learning interventions. Excellent at raising attainment. Able to encourage pupils to learn and build their confidence. Qualification and Skills Level 3 qualification relating to Education / Child Care or degree.
