Job Title: Sales Executive
Salary: up to £25,000 DOE – OTE £60-70k PA (uncapped commission)
Location: Watford/Field Based role
Contract: Permanent
Hours: Flexible Working Hours
Responsibilities include:
Captivating property owners and skilfully transforming leads into successful sign-ups
Embarking on journeys to potential and existing sites across the South east
Methodically gathering essential site information, unravelling the potential of property developments and the intricacies of their surroundings
Presenting and enlightening the client about the prospective opportunity.
Embracing versatility by handling extra tasks as they come up
My client is seeking a proactive individual capable of autonomously managing their time efficiently.
The ideal candidate:
Hold a valid driver’s license and own a vehicle
Be amenable to travel throughout the UK.
Demonstrate the proficiency to articulate your personality effectively, ensuring successful sign-ups through a tailored and professional approach.
Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Project a professional demeanour.
Presentable individual
