Overview
Role: Sales Director - Fire Solutions. Location: Hybrid, with office base near Oxfordshire. Package: Competitive salary DOE, company car/allowance and annual bonus opportunity. My client is seeking an experienced Sales Director to lead the growth strategy for a leading Fire Solutions division. This role requires a proven sales leader with strong commercial acumen and the ability to inspire and manage a geographically dispersed sales team.
Key Responsibilities
* Drive and deliver the sales strategy to achieve revenue and margin growth.
* Lead and mentor sales teams, ensuring high performance and clear accountability.
* Build and maintain strong client and contractor relationships, representing the business at senior level.
* Oversee bids, pricing, and negotiations, ensuring competitive and compliant proposals.
* Monitor market trends, competitor activity and identify opportunities for growth and cross-selling.
* Work closely with operations teams to align sales with delivery and client satisfaction.
Requirements
* Proven track record of sales leadership in the fire safety, FM or building services sectors.
* Strong commercial awareness and experience managing complex sales cycles.
* Ability to lead, motivate and manage sales professionals across multiple regions.
* Knowledge of fire protection systems is highly desirable.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
