1to1 Group are recruiting for a Medical Secretary to join our client in Winchester. The successful candidate assist the Anaesthetists in a private practice in a very busy but varied and interesting role.
Role Details:
·Winchester
·Job share, part-time
·30 hours per week (4 days).
·£25,000 per annum potentially raising to £26,000 after review at 6 months.
·Permanent
Role responsibilities:
·Keeping contact with Anaesthetists, consultant secretaries and patients.
·Organising rotas for cover in theatres and managing patient appointments and scheduling consultations with accuracy and efficiency
·Contacting and writing to patients with quotations for surgery and chasing accounts.
·Sending out invoices.
·Handling incoming calls, responding professionally to patient inquiries, and directing calls as necessary.
·Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with data protection regulations.
Role requirements:
·Previous experience as a Medical Secretary.
·Strong administrative skills with excellent organisational abilities .
·Proficiency in using office software such as MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
·Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks undertaken.
