About the Role
Accurate, timely, and consistent data is critical to everything we do. The information you validate will help monitor clinical outcomes, key quality indicators, and inform national statistics such as standardised mortality rates.
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Validate Referral to Treatment (RTT) and DM01 diagnostic Patient Tracking Lists (PTLs).
* Identify and correct pathway data errors using systems such as Careflow, Dragon, ORION, and other SFH clinical platforms.
* Apply a logical approach to ensure patients progress smoothly through their care pathways.

Working Pattern:
Monday to Friday, 9:00 am – 5:00 pm (full‑time, 5 days per week).

Sherwood Forest Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust – Corporate Planned Care Team based at King’s Mill Hospital.
