Our client, based in Belfast is a company that helps businesses with complete digital construction integration and data management. They offer a variety of services and technologies to help companies at every stage of their construction projects.
They are seeking an experienced Application Software Consultant to work with the current
team, lead implementation projects from initial client requirements gathering to final
implementation and rollout of an enterprise document management application.
This role will require the candidate to work on bespoke projects with design, configure, implement and support of the applications remotely or on-site for our customers in Ireland, UK and Scandinavia.
Core Responsibilities:
Youll become an expert in Meridian Enterprise Document management software and a go
to person for all aspects of the application for our clients as well as our sales team. Working
as a member of our Accruent Solutions Tem, the role involves three areas of work:
Customer Consultation:
Conduct requirement gathering to discuss and identify clients DMS system
requirements and current maturity levels.
Analyse customer business processes and recommend solutions with effort
required.
Produce technical documentation such as user requirements and functional
specification documents.
