The Best Connection Melksham are recruiting a permanent Production Supervisor / Team Leader for our loyal Distribution Client on the Bath Road Industrial Estate in Chippenham. The role offers an excellent opportunity to work for a company that are currently going through major positivity!
* Monday to Friday
* 13.50 per hour
* 32 basic hours per week
* Overtime available (paid at overtime rates)
* Afternoon Shifts ( to )
You will be supervising/leading the PM shift team.
Ensuring that production targets & budgets are met.
Training your team members to ensure they work to effectively & safely, as expected by you and the business.
H&S compliance on your shift.
Carrying out performance reviews (with full training given).
Previous experience in a similar role is essential, with excellent communication skills together with a good knowledge of H&S and Quality regulations.
