As a Dispensing Store Manager, you will use your leadership experience and passion to help your retail and pharmacy business grow and improve.
About the role
Working onsite, you will report to the Area Manager and lead by example, being a visible and accessible part of your team. Your responsibilities include:
1. Collaborating with your retail and pharmacy teams to achieve store business goals, always prioritizing customer needs.
2. Ensuring a sustainable and efficient retail and pharmacy operation, maintaining stock availability, controlling costs, minimizing loss, and meeting customer expectations.
3. Staying updated on new business priorities, including Pharmacy services and Product Launches.
4. Analyzing data and trends to respond quickly to customer needs.
5. Managing team performance and development through coaching and reviews.
6. Conducting reviews, audits, and risk assessments to ensure safety for patients and the public.
What you’ll need to have
Essential skills and experience:
* Experience leading a team in retail.
* NVQ Level 2 in Pharmacy Services (UK valid).
* Medicines Counter Assistant (NVQ2) qualification or equivalent.
It would be great if you also have
Desirable but not essential:
* Experience with new technology.
