Role Overview
The Trainee Protection Adviser role is based at the Wolverhampton office of PRIMIS Mortgage Network, an award‑winning network partner. All positions are office‑based, with no home‑working option.
Key Responsibilities
* Advise customers over the telephone on a range of protection products, including Life Assurance, Private Medical Insurance, Business Protection and General Insurance such as Home Insurance.
* Provide support to customers and deliver solutions tailored to their needs.
* Use the provided lead sources while generating additional earnings through self‑generated business and customer referrals.
Education and Experience
* No formal qualifications are required.
* Strong motivation and determination.
* Proven background in sales.
* Customer‑focused mindset.
* Willingness to learn and develop.
Preferred Backgrounds
* Motor sales, mobile phone sales, electrical retail sales and similar customer‑facing sales roles.
Working Hours
* 9:30am – 7:30pm (3 days per week)
* 9:30am – 6:00pm (1 day per week)
* 9:30am – 4:30pm (Friday)
* No weekend working.
Compensation & Benefits
* Employed role.
* Base salary £25,000 plus commission.
* Realistic earnings of £50,000 – £75,000+ with potential for top performers.
* All advertised earnings are based on verified actuals from current employees.
