We’re looking for a dynamic & hands-on Marketing Manager to support the growth of The Ashley Centre and Angel Central - two retail destinations undergoing exciting transformation, from major refurbishments and new anchor lettings to curated brand introductions and community-led activations.
If you love campaign delivery, retail environments, and marketing that genuinely shapes the way people experience a place, this role sits right at the heart of it.
What You’ll Lead On
• Deliver on-site campaigns, seasonal activations and centre events
• Collaborate with digital, PR and creative teams to ensure cohesive messaging
• Manage centre marketing collateral, POS and promotional assets
• Build strong relationships with retailers and support them through campaigns
• Gather sales insights & customer feedback to shape future activity
• Engage local communities, partners, and stakeholders
• Oversee centre communication channels including Mallcomm, etc.
What You’ll Bring
• 2+ years’ experience in retail marketing, brand, or destination environments
• Clear, confident communication and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent organisation and project coordination
• A creative mindset with commercial awareness
• Confidence working across two very different but complementary destinations
• Knowledge of marketing tools (CRM, social scheduling, CMS, email platforms, etc.)
