Territory Manager, Critical Care - South West & South Wales
Job Summary: BD Nogales Norte. Join BD’s UKI Critical Care team as a Territory Manager focusing on the Arctic Sun 5000 Temperature Management System. In this role you will expand BD’s presence in the Critical Care market by promoting, educating, and selling a specialised product range to healthcare professionals, driving advanced temperature management therapies that improve patient care.
This field‑based role covers the South West and South Wales areas, with 4 days in the field and occasional overnight stays. You will be part of an impactful team known for its encouraging culture and commitment to excellence, collaborating with ICU professionals, developing internal therapy champions, and contributing to market growth in a dynamic, high‑impact environment.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including ICU doctors, nurses and hospital management.
* Develop strategic account plans, prioritising time and resources effectively.
* Deliver comprehensive education and support for Targeted Temperature Management and the Arctic Sun system.
* Lead post‑purchase training, driving product adoption and usage in clinical settings.
* Provide technical and clinical support for product implementation and usage.
* Facilitate peer‑to‑peer engagements, such as local symposia, masterclasses and round table meetings.
* Monitor and assess account performance, ensuring objectives are met and sustained.
* Ensure compliance with company CRM standards and expectations.
About You:
* The successful applicant should have a minimum of 2-3 years of proven track record in medical sales or a clinical career in Critical Care.
* Previous experience of Critical Care / Neonatology / Paediatrics / Emergency department preferred but not essential.
* Full driving licence.
* Experience in delivering engaging presentations and demonstrated capability in securing mutually beneficial solutions in a healthcare setting.
* Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
* Proficient in Salesforce and Excel, with a focus on data‑driven decision making and solution selling.
* Enthusiasm for targeted therapies and a desire to contribute to improving patient care.
* Ability to work autonomously while contributing to team success and wider strategic goals.
Salary range for the role: £45,000 - £55,000 + bonus + benefits
