Retail Sales Trainer - Tech Specialist

Salary: £25,000 per annum + up to 15% bonus + Company car
Contract: Full time, Permanent
Working: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week - occasional weekends in lieu for events / in-store training
Territory: Midlands (Loughborough, Nottingham, Leicester, Tamworth)

Your Mission: Train, Inspire, and Drive Sales Excellence
You'll be the face of Lenovo and Motorola, making a real impact on retail sales performance every day.
1. Train & Inspire: Deliver dynamic, engaging in-person and virtual training sessions that energise retail staff and turn them into product experts.
2. Brand Evangelism: Ensure Lenovo and Motorola products are top-of-mind- and front-of-store - through strategic merchandising and promotional execution.
3. Relationship Building: Become the go-to expert and trusted coach for store teams, building lasting partnerships that drive sales momentum.
4. Expert Consulting: Represent our global brands at events and product launches, providing essential support and product expertise.
Who You Are
This role is perfect for you if you are a:
5. Consumer Tech Pro: You have experience in mobile or tech-focused retail sales (., Currys, John Lewis, EE, or are a high-potential graduate eager to prove your worth in the tech industry.
6. Natural Presenter: You are confident and compelling in front of an audience, able to deliver engaging product demos, workshops, and coaching sessions.
7. Tech Enthusiast: You possess a genuine passion for technology and a desire to continuously learn and master new devices.
8. Licensed to Drive: You hold a full UK manual driving licence (held for at least 12 months).
