What You'll Be Doing:
As our Head Chef, you will:
* Plan, organize, and direct the preparation and cooking of food, ensuring our reputation for quality shines through.
* Take a hands-on approach to food production, inspiring your team with your culinary expertise.
* Drive sales through creative menu planning and promotions, utilizing preferred suppliers.
* Ensure all food safety standards (HS and COSHH) are met and maintained.
* Implement and monitor food production procedures to control costs and adhere to budgetary guidelines.
